Apocalypse RP

Jorgan patched the girl's head and checked her arms and shoulders for bite marks. There were none. Jorgan hoped they could get the kid to the ZDM before something happened to her. "Let's move, Ryan," he said.

In the time that Jorgan had been gone, Columbus had cut the top of the car so as to make a small hole that someone could put there upper torso with a weapon out of. As they began to drive, Columbus lifted his body and M14 through the hole and tested manuvering capability to find that it was sound.

Ryan began driving north and within a few hours they went onto the turnpike then off again. they then took a quick stop for food and gas at an inhabited fastfood restaurant and gas station. then they continued on the road and soon reached the sign saying: "Welcome to the state of New York. buckle up" after they saw that all in the car rejoiced as it would only be another hour or two until thy reached Buffalo.

The girl had woken up from her head injury and begun to ask questions about everything. The three of them answered the questions and began to learn details about the girl.

The girl told everyone her name was Jenna Edwards, and that her school had been a haven for a long time. But when the zombies acquired weapons, they broke through the barricades and killed the fighters. Jenna had been hiding there for a while, and she had heard a zombie. She backed into a corner, but debris fell on her and knocked her out. And that was when she had woke up with them.
Jorgan listened to the story. He thought it was sad, but he had heard many. He was more excited about their arrival at Buffalo, which soon came about. A large gate was slowly opened, and Ryan drove the car through. As soon as they were on the other side, militia men with M60s surrounded the car, made them get out one by one, and checked them for bites. They were suspicious of Jenna's head.
"That a bite wound?" said one, semi-accusatively.
"No," replied Jorgan to the soldier. "Concussion."
They were directed to the hotel, where they were given two rooms.

In the hotel, one room had two beds and another had one and a couch. Columbus elected to sleep on the couch in the room with the girl.
Later, when all was settled down and all four had gone to bed there was a loud bang as the door was forced open and 4 figures in radiation suits approached the two of them, one grabbed Jenna. Columbus leaped up and round house kicked a man in the face, but was beaten down by the other two with clubs. Columbus screamed for Jorgan and Ryan as Jenna was carried away screaming.

Jorgan saw what was happening. "Its alright Jenna," he called. "They'll check you out and see that you haven't been bitten. Let them find out that you are fine, and then we'll have no problems."

Ryan arose from his bed,fully awake, after the commotion and spoke: " They meant business. Although im not happy the girl was taken away we need to leave for that chamber i was telling you about and you should try to gather some important ZDM officials to make the trip. we must leave in a few hours and with or without the girl we need to leave so if she isn't back here soon we will have to leave without her."

"Why do we need to leave?" asked Jorgan. "The ZDM is here, however their recruiters are further north. If we want to be officially in the corps, we will have to keep going. Also, Ryan will have to become an architect by talking to the officials farther north. So I guess I see what you mean. But I think they are extremely paranoid after the zombies weapons developments."

"I am worried too but it is important that we be as productive as we can while we are here. we should go on the lake and see if we cant find that choice piece of land i was telling you about. call up your buddies and we will all meet up and survey the land."

"Alright, we'll leave the child to her fate, in the mean time we should gather the supplies we need for the trip."

"its not that far, all we have to do is go down to the canal and get a ferry ride over, i have a map and can lead us on from there."

"Sounds good," said Jorgan. "I'm going to speak with the COs in this haven. I'll see about getting Jenna out of this situation."

"that sounds admirable, call them up and tell them to meet us at the falls in an hour."

When they finally met at the falls, the ZDM men came along with Jenna who had been determined to be uninfected. They then set off for their destination in 4 Jeeps that could seat 4 people and a gunner on each, Jenna was in the back of a Jeep next to Columbus with Jorgan driving, a ZDM soldier on the gun and Ryan in the passenger seat.

When they arrived, Jorgan leapt out of the Jeep with his RPD and told Jenna to stay put. Then he looked around at the half destroyed buildings. "I see why you would want this land, Ryan. Once we clear this rubble, it will be perfect for a strong outpost. Careful, though. This place has the stench of zombie freaks, probably recent."

As Jorgan finished his sentence, 600 zombies came running out of the woods with 10 on jeeps. "#$*@!" yelled Columbus ":ets get out of here!" as they clammered back into the Jeeps, bullets began to whiz around their heads when the ZDM soldier on the gun was hit. Pulling the man down and telling Jenna to help him in any way she could, Columbus began to fire at the ravenous zombies as the Jeeps tried to drive away.
Columbus and the others were behind the other two Jeeps and watched as they drove onto a bridge that then blew up while they were on it. Jorgan slammed on the breaks as they found themselves stuck between hundreds of zombies and a dark abyss.

Ryan took out his pistol and attached a loudener. the loudener would make the gun louder and hurt the unprotected ears of the zombies and create a high pitched after sound which would disturb the zombies and make them less accurate.

In a desperate attempt to have fewer zombies to fight, Columbus threw the injured ZDM soldier to the right of the Jeep, many zombies ignored the Jeep as they drove past the zombies and headed towards the screams of the ZDM soldier.

As the zombies rushed at the downed soldier, Jorgan slammed into many of them while they were not firing. Many zombies fell off the cliff. Jorgan pulled the soldier back into the Jeep. The man was hyperventilating.
"Sorry there, buddy," said Jorgan. "It was just a ruse, you're fine now, calm down." But the man continued to wheeze all the way back toward the ZDM base. "Zombies right after us!" shouted Jorgan to the gatekeeper. "Hurry!"
The man quickly opened the gate, then slammed it shut after the Jeeps were in. However, more zombies appeared from every where, at least 3000, and they opened fire on the guards on the walls. The men cried out and took cover on the battlements, digging in for the siege that was inevitably coming.

"We could be here for a while" said Columbus "We better come up with a plan on how to kill them, Its 3000+ zombies against 45 of us."

"More than 45," said a ZDM captain. "About 300, we have men underground in our tunnels. If we need to, we can retreat to the tunnel entrance and we can hold zombies there for quite a while using it as a chokepoint."
"Not yet," answered Jorgan. "Let's attempt to hold the battlements first. The zombies are completely inaccurate with their weapons, but the sheer number of bullets is a danger. If we spend some time chucking grenades into their midst, we can thin them out quite a bit."

"Here, I have an idea" said Columbus "We'll take the turrets off the Jeeps and set them up on the walls, we can also use riot shields to protect the gunner's from bullets.

Ryan began organizing the defenses. he set up several clever options for them such as the old gasoline trick he used at the village, although this time a flare would be used.

Inside the main gate, which was made of a jumble of metal, Jorgan put a truck with drums of gasoline in the back inside the gate. Then Jorgan had all the ZDM trucks ready and waiting behind the gasoline truck. When the zombies finally broke through, the gasoline truck would be shoved down the small incline into the zombies' midst, then one of the drums would be shot with a rifle. The explosion would clear the way enough for the ZDM trucks to slam through. Thus, Jorgan made an effective escape plan.
