Apocalypse RP

Locorn took out his silenced M14 and shot down all the zombies including the asian, but he wasn't sure if it was dead.

Ryan went up to the asian zombie with the pickaxe and swung to cut off its head. it dodged at the last second, still alive. it swung its sword at Ryan and they entered into a sword-axe fight while the other survivors combated the other zombies.

Jorgan and Columbus watched while Ryan combated the asian zombie. They did not shoot for fear of hitting Ryan.

The asian zombie did a sideways flip, and cut Ryan's leg as it did. Then it dove down a sewage hole. Jorgan ran up to the hole and fired some AA12 shotgun shells down, but he knew it had not hit the zombie. He turned back to Ryan. "That cut is pretty bad, I filled a backpack with supplies, let's get back to the car and stitch you up."

Ryan limped back to the car after chucking a smoke grenade onto the ground to cover their retreat. " we have enough supplies, forget about him lets go!"

While Jorgan applied some medical work to Ryan, Columbus continued driving towards the north, keeping the light beams low so as to draw less attention.

Jorgan finished bandaging Ryan's leg and then he took a nap, having driven for several hours. He kept his AA 12 and RPD in the seat beside him in case he needed to attack fast. "Stop again in Pennsylvania," he said to Columbus before drifting off.

Ryan also went to sleep as day turned to night and when they reached the next switch-off point he would need to be rested.

While Columbus was driving, out of nowhere, a rocket hit the road 7 feet from them. "#$*$!" yelled Columbus as he swerved to the right.

Jorgan jerked awake and leveled the RPD at the window. He pointed it at a group of zombies that were several yards away, and opened fire. The remains of the window shattered as Jorgan sprayed an entire clip at the group. Most of the zombies fell, but Jorgan saw some still moving. He quickly ejected the clip from the RPD and began reloading. "Cover the other side!" he yelled.

While Jorgan and Ryan crossfired at the zombies, Columbus continued to drive while looking for any zombies up ahead. While he drove, 3 motorcycle's with 2 zombies on each, 1 with a gun, and an SUV with 4 zombies in it, 3 with guns, began to chase them.

Ryan ignored the other zombies and took out a few thing to tr to damage the SUV and make it crash into the other motorcycles. he took a knife and threw it out the window, he was lucky as he managed to hit the tire, barely, and cause the tire to blow up and the SUV flip onto its side which made the motorcycles crash into the SUV

"Nice one," said Jorgan. At that moment, Columbus drove over a bridge. Suddenly, there was an explosion and the bridge supports began to give way. The bridge right behind the back wheels of the armored car dropped down hundreds of yards into rocky water below. Jorgan looked out the back window. "DRIVE!" he yelled.
Then Jorgan looked out a side window and saw a tank on a mound of rubble, with a zombie on top. The tank had shot out the bridge support, and now it was taking aim. It fired again, but missed, blowing a massive hole in the bridge right beside the car.
"I hope you know how to swerve!" yelled Jorgan to Columbus.

"There's an RPG in the back, try to hit the tank, in 30 seconds it will be able to shoot us before we're able to move!" yelled Columbus

Jorgan extracted the RPG. "Dodge its shots and go around the holes it creates," said Jorgan to Columbus. "I can't guarantee a hit on a tank when we're moving at near 110 miles per hour, but I'll try." He leveled the rocket launcher.

Columbus swerved left and writ to avoid holes in the bridge until there was finally a 50 yard line that ran straight toward the tank and had no holes in it "This is the best shot you'll get!" yelled Columbus to Jorgan "Take it!"

Jorgan fired, aiming for the swivel joint that the tank's top rested on. The missile slammed into it and blew the top off of the tank, and the zombie with it. "Got it!" yelled Jorgan. Some zombies leapt out of the wreckage and fired pistols, but the shots glanced off of the armored car, and Columbus was able to drive past. Behind them, the bridge collapsed, and the group was able to continue down the highway without enemy pursuit.

No more zombies were encountered between the time that they escaped the tank and had to stop to refuel the car. When they stopped, Ryan and Jorgan took posts while Columbus began refilling the tank.

Ryan took a spot inside the gas station getting supplies, mainly food and drink but also maps and lighters for setting up camp later. then he got back to the armored car and got in the drivers seat, placed the supplies in the back, and then waited for Columbus to finish.

Jorgan warily watched the buildings around them. The lack of resistance so far had made him uneasy, and he felt that soon they would encounter something, good or bad. He noticed movment in a schoolhouse two buildings up, and felt it necessary to investigate. "Be right back," he told Columbus. He handed Columbus a radio to communicate. Then Jorgan grabbed an RPD and his AA12 and moved in the front door.

Ryan nodded after Jorgan left but then spoke to Columbus: " Its never a good idea to go out like that all alone, i kinda expect him to run back a few minutes later. Ive seen in those movies, someone sees something suspicious and goes off to investigate, breaking off from the group. then either the person gets killed, or runs back screaming. So i think it would be a sound idea to start up the car, just in case."

Columbus flipped of the safety from his Uzi as he closed the gas lid and started the car. "Whats taking him so long?" he asked Ryan.

"i dont know but i know that after 5 minutes im not going to in their and look for him. for all we know the thing he was looking for found him."

Jorgan emerged from the schoolhouse, blood staining his shoulder. In his left arm he carried a girl of about 12. She was unconscious. "Don't worry, the blood's not mine," said Jorgan. "This girl was hit by some falling rubble, a zombie was about to finish her off but I killed it. I don't think we have much choice but to bring her with us, and besides, she doesn't take up much room."

"Alright, patch the wound and put her in the back" said Columbus
