"Alright, 75 Germans between us and our forces. We are going to need a distraction in order to ambush them."

"Of course," said Dmitri. He led Nicholai inside the two story building and climbed to the second floor. "I have planned for this. You see, Sergei here will lead a squad around to the left," he said, putting his hand on the shoulder of a sergeant next to him. "Next... wait, what was that?" Dmitri turned away from the table toward the window. A split second later, a bullet flew through the window and blew Sergei's brains out. "No!" shouted Dmitri, kneeling in front of the downed Russian.
"Ambush!" someone yelled outside. "Look out, Panzerschrek bazookas!" Dmitri dove across the table and rolled, and at that moment several explosions went off. The building caved in sideways. As it fell, Dmitri fired a PPSh out the window.
While Dmitri fired, a beam fell on top of Nicholai, knocking him unconscious. The building slammed down into the ground. Dmitri's vision blurred. He stood up unsteadily and grabbed the back of Nicholai's shirt. "Don't worry, comrade, I will get us out of this." Dmitri pulled Nicholai out of the rubble and into an alleyway. There he opened a side door into another building. Then he moved Nicholai into a corner.
Dmitri sat down across from Nicholai and waited silently. Soon, Nicholai awoke.
"They are gone, my friend," said Dmitri grimly. "Our entire force, annihalated by those dishonorable German pigs. We must get to the main force." He stood up, then groaned and sat back down. "You have fared better than me, comrade. I have taken a bullet wound to the chest. Your survival is guaranteed. But my wound is severe. I fear I will not be able to keep up with you." Dmitri took his hand away from his chest to reveal a wound on the right side of his chest, near his shoulder.

"Here comrade" said Nicholai as he handed Dmitri a small flask of vodka. Dmitri took a swig then poured some into the wound. "Hold on here" said Nicholai "I'm going to search the dead bodies for some supplies.
30 minutes later, Nicholai returned with a ppsh, mp40 and 3 grenades. He also had brought some German clothing, helmets and thread and yarn he had found on a medic. Nicholai then proceeded to examine Dmitri's wound, seeing the bullet had passed through, he stitched the two sides that had been open, but also saw that Dmitri had lost a lot of blood. "We're going to have to disguise ourselves as Germans comrade, change into this uniform and put on the helmet." said Nicholai as he handed Dmitri some clothes.

As Paris fell a little more each day, and by little i mean whole districts, the British were already the victors and Russian messengers/military diplomats were able to talk to the British inside the city. "the Russians may need help to capture Berlin, the attack is still in progress and the have been some up and downs but right now the situation isn't that great." stated the British commander. " da, Russian might will triumph but in the meantime help would be appreciated" Richard nodded and asked what role he might serve. the British commander said they would appoint him the leader of the assault (still the same rank) if he chooses to accept. Richard thought and asked the specifics. He agreed once he learned that the Italians would lose Paris and soon the east of France and soon they would be in range of German territories.

"I see," said Dmitri. He put on the German uniform and threw his own into the alleyway. "Let me lead for a while once we get out there. I have done this disguise work once before."

"Alright, if you think you know what your doing go ahead, but dont forget that I lived in this city as a German for 15 years. They wont be so nice to you as they will to me if they are to find out who we are."

Dmitri walked out of the building after memorizing the information on the German dog tags that he carried. He carried the MP40 and gave Nicholai the Russian PPSh. They walked out into the street and fell in with a German rank that was headed in the direction of the Russian army.

A German officer walked up to Nicholai and said "Sergeant, take these 4 privates (he gestured at Dmitri and 3 other men) and perform a reconnaissance mission on the Russian defenses by the old football stadium." "Yes mein fuhrer" replied Nicholai as he led the men towards their checkpoint.

As they walked, one of the German privates opened a candy bar.
"Could I have some of that?" asked another private.
"No! You've had enough candy today!" shouted the eating soldier. "You're so FAT!"

Dmitri moved beside Nicholai. "When we get near the stadium, we will knock out these clueless men. They do not deserve to die, obviously. Then we will drag them to our brothers surrounding the stadium, and they will be taken as POWs. Then you and I can get more men and get back in the fight."

As they arrived at near the stadium, They knocked out the German privates after which Nicholai took off his clothes revealing that he had kept his uniform on all along. "Here" said Nicholai as he handed Dmitri his uniform in which he had forgotten he had his Russian paper's "You'll need that".
Nicholai and Dmitri then rejoined there forces and were then called to the CO of their battalion. "Cant be a good reason for that" said Nicholai

Dmitri reported to the CO, who had called him in first. The man was a 2 star general.
"Sir," said Dmitri. "What are you doing near the battlefield? Has the motherland changed its policy?"
"Unfortunately, yes," answered the general. "The Germans know that they are being pressed back. They have moved much of their army to Denmark, where their navy is sailing for Iceland, where they plan to rebuild. However, the Englishmen are destroying much of the German navy as it sails through. Many generals like myself have been sent in to supervise the fighting and attempt to head off as many Germans as we can. But for now, I must speak about your recent actions."
"I see," said Dmitri. "Did I make any mistakes? I know that I have not reported in for a few months, but you must understand that I was deep in enemy territory."
"No, no," said the general. "You've done the best that you could under the circumstances. You see, many of my officers are dead. Because the officers are taking a new role in the frontlines of battle, many have been killed in service to Mother Russia. No, the reason I have called you here today is a promotion, at least temporarily. You are hereby moved up to First Lieutenant."
"But sir," protested Dmitri. "For my promotion, I thought that three high ranking officials had to decide, and there must be a ceremony."
"Normally, yes," said the general. "But under the circumstances, and with all the recent casualties, some procedures have to be forgone. Now, send your comrade in."
Dmitri walked out of the room (which happened to be the football stadium announcer's box). He told Nicholai outside the door what had happened.

Nicholai then entered the Generals office upon which the General spoke "As I'm sure you have just learned, your comrade has become an equal rank to yourself. I did this because I am putting the two of you in charge of V company. You will have 85 men and your first assignment is to remove the Germans from their fortifications in the eastern part of the city about 1/2 a mile from here. There is heavy fighting there and our comrade's need reinforcements. Also, be wary that you do not come into conflict with the English soldiers fighting there, it is likely that an alliance will soon be signed." "Yes General" replied Nicholai as he saluted and exited the Generals quarters outside of which he related all of the information he had been given to Nicholai "Oh, before we go the General instructed me to give you these" said Nicholai as he handed Dmitri 2 bronze bar's "Congratulations Lieutenant, now lets meet our new company."

Richard was thrilled to be put in charge of the German attacking force. it was about a week after Paris fell and he was in command of a few tanks and assaulting the western side of Berlin. they had to make several charges because the defenses were to strong for the tanks to plow through, Richard began his next attack with a tank barrage to soften up the Germans. after the tanks began to fire the troops ran towards the German lines and a rallying whistle was blow and the charge proper began. the British troops jumped over toppled tables and beams and shot the Germans then continued onwards, leaving the area open for the tanks to move in.

(wth Farrell the point was for your char to get put in my guy's squad, so that they don't split us up because that gets boring)

Dmitri surveyed the German fortifications and cursed. "The whole thing is an impenetrable beast of destruction. Any attempt we make at moving toward it will enable the enemy to fire down on us with their gun emplacements. The Germans must have been putting this together for a while now. But have no fear, if we use smoke grenades we can move around the sides without too many losses. When we use smokes the enemy guns will fire in the middle of the smoke, but if we move around the edges we should be able to get a force of about 40 men close enough to engage the enemy on their own turf."

As the smokes were thrown, Jorgan and Columbus both led the men into the battle with a battle cry that shook the very ground.

Dmitri leapt into a window, surprsing the gunner. The German's life ended with the swish of Dmitri's machete. Dmitri motioned the men to stop advancing, because the smoke was almost gone. As estimated, 43 men had made it through, and were proceeding to jump in windows of the German fortifications.
"Comrade, we must get upstairs and stop the enemy guns," said Dmitri to Nicholai. "Then the rest of the force can advance behind us."

While the Russian soldiers distracted the gunners, Dmitri and Nicholai proceeded up the stairs to kill the gunners. There were 4, 2 on the left and 2 on the right. Dmitri took the right, Nicholai the left. Nicholai went to the first room and tossed a grenade behind the Germans, 3 seconds later they were blown out the window along with their gun. Next Nicholai entered into the 2nd room with the last 2 Germans on the left. He walked behind the first and slit his throat, but the second one was alert and turned around in time to avoid Nicholai's knife and tackle him into the wall as the wrestled for their lives.

Dmitri shot one of the gunners and stabbed the other quickly. Then he ran back to meet up with Nicholai. He saw that a German gunner had Nicholai in a stranglehold and was slowly killing him. However, the German's back was to Dmitri. Dmitri quickly ran up, flipped the German around, and slit his throat. The man began to choke and sputter, however he wasn't dead. Dmitri flipped him around again, pushed him up against the sandbag battlement, and stabbed him with the machete up to the hilt. Then Dmitri ripped the blade out. The German continued to choke. Determined. Dmitri drove the machete in once again, then kicked the German over the battlement. The German fell down leaving a trail of blood, and then landed on the fortified wooden spikes at the bottom.
"Oooooraaaah!" yelled the Russian soldiers, and stormed the fortress.
"Are you all right, my friend?" asked Dmitri to Nicholai.

*gasp* "Yes" *gasp* "I think so, but now the Germans have got me pissed" with that, Nicholai and Dmitri continued the assault with the rest of their force

As they slowly progressed room by room, suddenly there was a flash and a small bang, and gas exploded everywhere in the room they were in. Dmitri and Nicholai fell to the ground.
"Tear gas!" shouted Dmitri. His vision blurred, but he could see vaguely. Germans with gas masks entered the room and began executing any downed Russians. Dmitri felt his lower leg for his pistol, having lost his gun in the fall. He scrambled to find the handle, but when he finally did, his vision was blurred badly and he began struggling with the strap that held the pistol in place. Meanwhile, the Germans got ever closer and killed more Russians.

Hearing the Russians approaching as they executed more downed Russians, Nicholai grabbed an MP40 and sprayed it towards the sound of the Germans, when he ran out of ammo, he dived into a near room and applied medicine to his eye's that would stop the effect of the tear gas. As he was able to see again, he grabbed a gas mask off a near dead German along with his MP40 and walked into the next room were the Germans were.

Finally, Dmitri freed his pistol. He looked up and aimed it at a German, but the man was ready.
"Nein!" cried the soldier, and kicked the pistol into the corner. Then he leveled his Gewehr semi automatic rifle at Dmitri's face. Dmitri kicked out and the German fell to the ground, but that was all Dmitri could do. The now enraged German aimed once more.

Nicholai lifted his MP40 and put 3 rounds into the German about to shoot Dmitri's face. He then threw 3 grenades at the 13 Germans who were continuing to execute the Russians, who were now dead except for the 33 who had gotten out of the hall. As the Germans were blown up then executed by the vengeful Russian's, Nicholai pulled Dmitri to his feet and they continued to advance.

some of the Germans in the area began to run away to the west to defend against the British attackers.

Richard led the attack forward and at last they made some progress and began to push back the Germans.

Over in America, a squad of soldiers set out to find work with whoever offered it. Their 1st stop was Russia.
